The Lean Systems Society is happy to recognise Kaizen Camps across the US this winter.

Process improvement is a basic need for knowledge workers and software development teams. As we work on any project, our context and our understanding of our work changes. Kaizen Camp is a gathering of practitioners from many fields who discuss both theory and real-world practice in process improvement.

Each camp is limited to 150 people to ensure lively conversation, right-sized working groups, and focus.
